Samuel Lee Dossey

Built and continues to build this app with one goal: KEEP FAMILIES TOGETHER and PREVENT CPS ILLEGAL OVER-REACH.

He understands what you're going through

Samuel is a single father of three and understands exactly what is happening to you — all the different people involved, how fast everything is moving, all the paperwork they are throwing at you, and the flagrant use of offensive assumptions or false allegations.

Mr. Dossey is trying to stop the abuse of government power that infects these agencies across the country.

What he wants you to do

You need to be informed — and you may not even be able to trust your own court-appointed counsel. Document everything that happens and keep a very accurate chronology of every detail.

Still fighting

As of September 2026, Mr. Dossey is still fighting for his family Pro Se in the Appeals Court in his state, and has also initiated a Federal Civil Rights lawsuit in his state. He doesn't want any family to ever go through what he had to endure alone.

You are not alone.

They are not above the law.

Parental Rights 2026 is an educational tool, not a lawyer, and does not provide legal advice. It does not tell you to obstruct legitimate child-safety investigations.
